Un banc, un synthé, une villeA bench, a synth, a town
Dans le plugin Modular Town, on regarde un monde vivre à travers l'interface. Modular One fait l'inverse : on s'installe sur un banc avec le FM-1, on joue, et la ville en face réagit. L'heure, la lumière et l'eau suivent le son.
In the Modular Town plugin, you watch a world live through the interface. Modular One turns it around: you sit on a bench with the FM-1, you play, and the town across the water answers. The hour, the light and the water follow the sound.
Tout est pensé pour écrire, pas pour programmer : une seule interface, les quatre verts des consoles portables d'époque, des sons prêts à l'emploi, et un carnet qui n'oublie rien.
Everything is made for writing, not for programming: one interface, the four greens of the old handheld consoles, sounds ready to use, and a sketchbook that forgets nothing.

- Branche le FM-1 en USB, directement, sans hub. Allume-le.Connect the FM-1 by USB, directly, no hub. Switch it on.

Les presets faits avec le firmware d'origine sont perdus à l'installation, et on ne peut pas les exporter avant. Pense-y si tu y tiens.Presets made with the original firmware are lost when installing, and they cannot be exported first. Keep that in mind.
Ça marche sur Mac, Windows, iPad ?Mac, Windows, iPad?
Sur Mac, Windows et Linux, dans Chrome ou Edge. Pas dans Safari ni Firefox, et pas sur iPhone ou iPad : ils n'ont pas le MIDI web.Mac, Windows and Linux, in Chrome or Edge. Not Safari or Firefox, and not on iPhone or iPad: they have no Web MIDI.
C'est risqué ?Is it risky?
C'est une bêta non officielle, testée sur le FM-1 de l'auteur. Une installation interrompue se reprend en recliquant sur Installer. Dans le pire des cas, l'outil FM-1-transporter permet de récupérer la machine.It is an unofficial beta, tested on the author's FM-1. An interrupted install resumes by clicking Install again. At worst, the FM-1-transporter tool recovers the unit.
Je peux mettre ma propre musique dans le magnéto ?Can I put my own music in the tape player?
Oui : glisse tes fichiers .mid dans le Carnet, ils partent sur le FM-1. Jusqu'à 20 morceaux, tous les canaux jouent sur le son choisi.Yes: drop your .mid files in the Carnet and they go to the FM-1. Up to 20 songs; every channel plays on the chosen sound.
